This is Tina, the owner, reaching out to address your concerns. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

During our discussion, I inquired about the condition of the glass upon receipt, specifically asking if the chip was present at that time. Your response indicated that you noticed the chip after the glass had been through the dishwasher and you went to use it with syrup. As such, I interpreted your response as the crack had occurred during its time in the dishwasher, rather than being present upon arrival.

However, if the glass arrived with the crack already present, that's certainly a different scenario, and I would be more than happy to arrange a replacement for you free of charge.
